Six Unique and Odd Things About E.M.

The February 18th Scott’s Daily Prompt was: Far from normal

The task he had for us all was to talk about this:

“Many of us think of our lives as boringly normal, while others live the high life. Take a step back, and take a look at your life as an outsider might. Now, tell us at least six unique, exciting, or just plain odd things about yourself.”

These are in no particular order…

  1. I know quite a bit about cars. It’s the only good thing I got from my ex-husband. People actually call me sometimes to ask about problems they are having with their cars, and I can usually diagnose my own problems on my own car.
  2. I collect socks, purses, bags (reusable decorative ones), paper, pens, and shoes. Not in that order…but my sock addiction is legit.
  3. I love stuffed animals, and I still decorate my room with meaningful ones, like my owls and gifts from my babies.
  4. I have been studying for law school since 2012.
  5. I would give the shirt off of my back to someone that needed it more than I need it.
  6. Social justice, civil rights, and case law are my passions, and becoming a lawyer is my dream.

xoxo, E.M.

    1. That means more than you know! I am definitely starting my journey late in life, but what’s the saying? “You’re never too old to achieve your dreams!” One love and blessings to you! ❤

I am excited! I found a Bible study book to go along with my Bible I told you about. It's called The Bible in 52 Weeks: A Yearlong Bible Study for Women by Dr. Kimberly D. Moore. My other book you suggested will be here tomorrow 🙂

I hope you had a great day! I was in clean mode!

You’ve probably heard that Grandma Moses, the artist, didn’t begin painting till she was nearly 100–so you have plenty of time!

Oooh, I’m excited for and with you–that sounds like a wonderful Bible Study book…I’ll have to check it out! And “Radiant Midnight” will arrive tomorrow? I hope you love it as much as I do 🙂 ❤

"Clean mode" can be very rewarding and energizing. I washed dishes so I could make mashed potatoes, hah! Went to 2 church services online, wrote a bit–and ordered a monitor to connect to my laptop! I have cataracts and vision issues are driving me nuts! Oh well, GOD IS GOOD!! Much love, Z
